Dealing with AI change

AI change is a human change. On the dizzying path to AI adoption, many organisations focus only on the tech and less on their people. They don’t stop to ask: how does this actually feel? 

In this workshop, participants explore what's shifting in their work, what feels uncertain or threatening, what remains within their control, and what stays fundamentally human no matter how much the landscape changes. It's not about managing change from above — it's about understanding it from the inside. Teams leave with a shared language for what they're experiencing, a clearer sense of what's in their control, and the psychological safety to keep the conversation going.
