Hi, I’m Mei-Ling. My career has taken me across the globe, with over 20 years of delivery experience in the creative tech industry across London, Paris, and Asia. I thrive on curiosity, creativity, and continuous learning.
In 2023, I became a certified Lego® Serious Play® facilitator, and as a working mum, I’m building my LSP practice to balance my work and family life; meeting curious minds to bring purposeful play into meaningful conversations and engagements.
Beyond work, I’m a Pilates enthusiast, visual learner, podcast listener, and dumpling lover.

In British slang, 'fair play' is an expression of recognition—meaning ‘good on you,’ ‘fair enough,’ or simply kudos for trying. I love this phrase because it acknowledges effort and encourages people to have a go. The ‘play’ element naturally connects to the core of what we do with Lego®—explore, create, and play!
As a facilitator, I also value the democratic nature of 'playing fair', which is at the heart of Lego® Serious Play®. The method ensures that every voice is heard—regardless of job title, hierarchy, gender, or background. I am passionate about using LSP to raise awareness, spark meaningful conversations, and amplify voices that are often unheard due to systemic barriers.
And so, Fairplay LSP was born!
