Designing the Future of Inclusive Workplaces

Move beyond talking about inclusion to actually designing it. In this hands-on conversation lab, HR professionals, DE&I specialists, and organisational leaders use LEGO® Serious Play® to build models, surface real barriers, and walk away with concrete actions they can implement straight away.

This isn't another awareness session. It's inclusion treated as an organisational design challenge — with academic evidence, business innovation expertise, and a methodology that makes the hard conversations feel safe enough to actually have.

A big thanks to YWCA Canberra for awarding Fair Play the Great yDeas Microgrant to support event.
